Glo slashed data by 50%
In the words of Van diesel, if you can’t keep up don’t step up… Glo the grand master of data there new slogan, seems to have been unable to keep up with their data promise. Yes, they once offer one of the cheapest  data plan in Nigeria with extremely slow network. Recession seems to have hit hard on Glo promise land 24hours after Etisalat massively sacked their staffs.

Last week, Etisalat reduced their weekly data bundle from 200MB to 150MB for N200 and now Glo NG have choosen to follow suite.

Former Glo data Plans
N500 = 1.6GB 7days
N1000 = 3.2GB 30days
N2000 = 7.5GB 30 days
N2500 = 10GB 30days
N3000 = 12GB 30days

Current Data Plans
N500 = 800MB
N1000 = 1.6GB
N2000 = 3.7GB
N2500 = 5GB
N3000 = 6GB

If you look at the old and new plans, you’ll noticed that Glo cut the slashed the data into two which is not encouraging at all. Which way Nigeria?
